Ole!

My baby sister is here!!!! I'm so glad to have her here for almost a week :) It's been a blast catching up with her today :)

As soon as she got here, we headed right out to our fav sandwich shop Bread & Company. I got my favorite sandwich... pulled turkey, swiss cheese, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato on their wheat farm bread... their sandwiches are HUGE (haha... insert your own dirty joke here)... thankfully, I only ate half of it! I ate all the fruit but the cantaloupe (ew)... and half of an unpictured chocolate chip cookie that I shared with Britt.

This filled me up all afternoon... I wasn't hungry until we met up with our best friend, Lisa (who has lost 50 pounds!!!), for dinner at La Hacienda.

Love this picture! :)I ate quite a bit of an indulgent evening... tons of unpictured tortilla chips, some queso dip... and shared beef & chicken fajitas with corn tortillas with the hubby... I ate two of the tortillas... a small serving of sour cream and beans...tons of the lettuce and pico...

Anyway, that's my really uninteresting day!

We are taking a "mini" vacation while Brittney is here and heading off to Alabama tomorrow night! Food will be a bit more indulgent than normal... I FULLY intend on getting back on track 100% when Britt leaves next week. I have let all the vacations, birthdays, holidays go a little too far... I'm now TEN pounds up. I'm a little ashamed! So food might be VERY simple to get me back on track... but I gotta do it!

As for weight loss... I know I don't have a lot of visitors right now... but I would love to hear some of your stories!! Check out my post from this morning, if you can!

Night all!

  1. Well, I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum, needing to GAIn from a horrid ED experience...there wasn't a single turning point for me, but the real will to change came as I started REALLY realizing how much I lost to ED, not just weight...and when I started having faith and hope in my recovery!
Don't worry about a bit of unindulgence, or a bit of fall-back...as long as you don't give up and keep on trucking, you'll get there! ;-)
